Who is this guy, Tony? Is he really homeless? How did he get his injury?

Tony's Walk

Hello..
His name is Tony Porter.. truly homeless, lives in a park
near the University of Cincinnati. Tony was the victim of a
hit and run accident that left him in that (colorful) cast for several months.
I met him on the sidewalk "walking" around the city with his noisy walker in 1999. I offered him a few tennis balls to help him with his walker and our film began to take shape. He truly has a song in his heart. Later that year, when I informed him of my departure to New York, he immediately burst into Frank Sinatra's "Start Spreading The News"

I haven't seen a post from this person. What does the name bogusnova (or novabogus on the youtube video) mean?

I like the different balls he uses for the walker!

Here is [bogusnova's user page](http://code0range.net/user/bogusnova). He posted some stuff awhile back. Wish he would post more stuff, I enjoy his work.

I liked the film, nice editing and the story is self-evident.

One small nit. Youtube is the suck. It is like the new napster...only worse. It seems like a good deal at first, but you probably never read the fine print:

>“…by submitting the User Submissions to YouTube, you hereby grant YouTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the YouTube Website and YouTube’s (and its successor’s) business… in any media formats and through any media channels.”

In other words...it sucks. And some people cannot render flash videos without sacrificing small animals.
