Almost...it is the 8th really...But I wanted to make it yesterday! It was a long road here, but I finally made it:

What can I say I am a late bloomer. Seriously...I was reading about how [Death and Taxes](http://www.dtguilds.com/index.php) was the [*sixth* guild to clear all the TBC content](http://games.internode.on.net/content.php?mode=news&id=1483) by killing [Illidan Stormrage](http://www.wowwiki.com/Illidan). Those people are dedicated.

My new Lenovo T60p

Recently I came to realize that [my old trusty Apple TiBook](http://www.code0range.org/node/187) was soon going to fail me. I had enjoyed our trip, but it was time to part ways. I asked for and was happy to get approval for a new purchase from my better half, and went about researching laptops for a replacement.

Lighting Bolt!

A friend just sent this to me:

Hits a bit close to home...Pew! Pew! Pew!

BSG: All Along the Watchtower

Last night's season finale for [Battlestar Galactica](http://www.scifi.com/battlestar/) was an aptly breathtaking finish to the best season yet. Promethea and I were shocked into rapt attention during the heavy assault of information flowing into our eyes and ears. It seems as if every second an answer to a longstanding question was revealed, and with it, at least twice as many new mysteries would form to replace the old. I haven't seen episodic television like this...ever. The drama took on a whole new dimension last night, one that promises to culminate in the fourth and final season in 2008.

**Spoiler Alert!**
For those who are uninitiated or behind the curve, I would suggest not reading this thread for fear of spoiling the story!

Pics from our vacation in Costa Rica

Just got done uploading some pics for you guys...I need to get the rest from Promethea as soon as I get a chance. This is just a small sampling of the great shots we got down there. Hope you like them!

Tim Story to Destr...Direct FF Silver Surfer Movie

I did not bother to see the first FF movie. It was hopelessly miscast and looked hokey from the previews. Well, this trailer is better, but I may be saying that because I have always been a fan of the Silver Surfer. Anyways, it also looks like Tim Story is still directing this and they kept the cast intact. So now the battle begins in my mind...Do I shell out the cash in hopes that the Surfer might not suck?

Return to NYC! Prepare thy selves!

El Gatos will be happy I am sure, but Promethea and I are going to be sad for awhile I am sure to return to the US of A. Especially since Bushg still rules with his playdo fist.

We are wrapping up in Playa Grande north of Tamarindo on the pacific coast. The shuttle bus pick us up in a few hours for the trip back to San Jose. Our flight is tomorrow...back to Newark.

I can honestly say that Playa Grande, the site of a huge national oceanic park is the best beach I have ever seen. The senerity is breathtaking. We missed the nesting of the Leather Back turtles though, and we really did want to see a turtle weighing up to 400 kg nesting on a bech...but dems the breaks.
